Guidelines for Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) pertain to and shall govern the terms of participation in the Corporate Pickleball Championship initiative taken by Axis Bank in association with Hattrick IMC Pvt Ltd titled “Axis Bank Open Courts” Corporate Pickleball Championship which may give the participants an opportunity to showcase their talent as a sport person.

By reading these T&Cs and participating in the Contest, Participant(s) irrevocably and unconditionally accept the same and undertake to be bound by all the conditions contained herein without any kind of contestation and/or demur.

1. Eligibility

The Championship is open to employees of corporate organizations who have registered their teams for the event or as individuals belonging to a corporate house.

2. Registration

• Registration for the Championship can be done online through the official website.
• Participant(s) must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including team name, company name, and player details. Any discrepancies in the details can lead to disqualification.

3. Format

• The format of the tournament will be knockout matches.
• Matches will be played according to the official pickleball rules. The organizers will have the right to conduct the tournament as per their framework. Organizers will have the final decision on all tournament-related matters.

4. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and sporting manner.
• Any form of cheating, misconduct, or unsportsmanlike behavior can lead to disqualification of the team.

5. Liability

• The Organizer will not be liable for any injuries or damages sustained by participants during the Championship.
• Participants' participation will be at their own risk.

6. Schedule

• The schedule of matches will be shared with the participant(s) in advance.
• Any changes will be communicated via email or SMS. Organizers will have the right to change or cancel the schedule without prior notice.
• In case of extreme weather conditions, the organizer will have the right to reschedule or cancel the tournament without any prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Organizer reserves the rights to all content generated during the Championship, including images, videos, and testimonials. The pictures/videos/testimonials generated during the event will be used for future marketing or communication purposes.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Additional Terms

• Participant(s) are responsible for ensuring their players are aware of and adhere to the schedule and rules.
• The Organizer's decision will be final in all matters related to the Championship.

By participating in the Axis Bank Open Court Corporate Pickleball Championship, all teams and their participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Information

• Organizers may, at their discretion, contact the Participant(s), if required, for any clarifications needed for the information provided in the registration.
• In case there is any mismatch of details provided by the Participant(s), they may be disqualified from further participation in the Contest.
• All personal details and information requested by and supplied to the Organizers by each Participant or their respective Organization must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading.
• The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any Participant(s) at its sole discretion if any information provided is incorrect or misleading.
• If at any time, including after the winner announcement, any information submitted is found to be false or misrepresented, the Participant(s) shall be disqualified.
• Organizers shall keep all the information collected from the Participant(s) confidential and shall ensure it is used only for the present Competition.
• Organizers may share the data with third parties only as required for the purpose of the Contest. Participant(s) agree not to hold the Organizers liable for such sharing.
